🎮 What Is The Diamond Battle Royale?
The Diamond Battle Royale is a live Pokémon TCG knockout competition hosted by Roaring Sensei.
32 players compete in a pack-opening knockout tournament. Players face each other head-to-head in every round and open packs live on stream.
In each matchup, the player who pulls the lowest value slab advances.
At the end, one winner takes the 💎 $1000 Diamond Pack.
⚔️ How The Event Works
- 32 Players Enter
- Round 1: 16 head-to-head matches – each player opens one GOLD Pack
- Round 2: 8 head-to-head matches – each player opens one STARTER Pack
- Quarter Final: 4 head-to-head matches – each player opens one STARTER Pack
- Semi Final: 2 head-to-head matches – each player opens one SILVER Pack
- Final: 1 head-to-head match – each player opens one GOLD Pack
Each matchup is decided head-to-head — the player who pulls the lowest value slab wins the match and advances.
The final winner receives the 💎 $1000 Diamond Pack.
🧾 Tournament Rules
- Each player opens one pack per round.
- Each pack contains one PSA graded slab.
- Each entry represents one player slot in the tournament.
- Matchups will be randomly assigned before the event.
- The tournament bracket is fixed once the event begins.
- If a participant is unavailable during their match, Roaring Sensei may open the pack on their behalf.
- Roaring Sensei’s ruling during the live broadcast is final.
📊 Scoring Rules
Card values are determined using the Card Ladder value displayed on screen during the live pack opening. This is the value used by GameStop PowerPacks to determine the result of each match.
Because each pack contains one PSA graded slab, that slab’s displayed Card Ladder value is the value used for the matchup.
The player who pulls the lowest Card Ladder value slab in the matchup advances.
Tie Breaker: If two slabs share the same Card Ladder value, the winner will be determined using the PriceCharting Average Price. The lower value advances.
All card valuations used during the stream are final at the moment the slab is revealed.
🔥 The Key Rule
Every player keeps every slab they pull.
Even if you are eliminated from the tournament, the slab you open during the event is yours to keep.
Slabs will be transferred to your PSA Vault or shipped after the event.

Your $179 entry fee includes free transfer of all slabs you pull to your PSA Vault.
If you would prefer physical shipping, this can be arranged for an additional charge based on your location. Shipping can be discussed with RoaringSensei before or after the stream.
⚖️ Terms of Entry
By entering the Diamond Battle Royale, you agree to the following conditions:
- Service Nature: Entry into this event is the purchase of a live pack opening service. The service is considered delivered once your packs are opened during the live broadcast.
- Waiver of Cancellation: Once packs are opened during the broadcast, the service is considered delivered and cannot be cancelled.
- No Refunds / Final Sale: All entries are final once packs have been opened on stream.
- Every Player Keeps Their Pulls: All participants keep every slab they pull regardless of tournament outcome.
- Head-to-Head Format: Matches are played head-to-head, not pooled. The lower-value slab wins the matchup.
- Scoring: Match winners are determined using the Card Ladder value displayed during the live stream.
- Tie Breaker: If two slabs share the same Card Ladder value, the winner will be determined using the PriceCharting Average Price.
- Valuations Final: All slab values used during the stream are final at the moment the slab is revealed.
- PSA Details Required: A valid PSA Email Address and PSA Collector ID must be provided at checkout.
- Not a Lottery: This is a collectible hobby service and not a lottery or game of chance.
- Market Value Disclaimer: Trading card prices fluctuate significantly and may be worth more or less than the entry fee.
- Shipping: Please allow up to 6 weeks for vault transfer or shipping after the event.
- Chargebacks: Disputed payments after packs are opened will be contested using recorded broadcast footage.
- Agreement: By completing payment you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.
